Two generations under the same hard hat.

S&A The Builders wasn't born in an office — it was born on a building site. Santiago and Antonio Eras are father and son and cofounders, and have spent their whole lives working in construction and multi-trade services in the Vega Baja: the same trade, the same land, two complementary ways of approaching it.

More than fifteen years running the day-to-day operations of S&A The Builders have made Santiago the company's technical reference point: fixed quotes, signed schedules and direct control of every phase of the project, from start to finish. He sets the standard for every execution decision and makes sure what's signed on paper is delivered on site.

More than twenty-five years building and renovating homes in Torrevieja and the Vega Baja have given Antonio something you can't learn on a course: knowing, just by looking at a wall or a roof, what's going to cause problems ten years down the line. He still sets foot on site every week, because for him, managing a renovation without knowing the trade first-hand is managing blind.
