The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the corresponding box on the contact form or by starting a conversation in the chat.

4. Recipients and data processors

To provide the service, your data may be processed by the following providers, acting as data processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting and delivery of the website (Cloudflare Pages).
• Resend — sending the email generated when the contact form is submitted.
• Cal.com, Inc. — management of technical visit bookings, if you use the calendar embedded on the website.
• Anthropic — processing of messages sent through the website chat. The chat notifies you of this before you write your first message.

5. Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@builders-sa.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos) at www.aepd.es.

7. Form and chat

The contact form includes anti-spam verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) and a hidden control field. The website chat processes your message via an external artificial intelligence provider to generate the response.
