Terrace and solarium in Villamartín

Renovation of the upper terrace of a villa in Villamartín: complete waterproofing of the solarium, non-slip outdoor flooring and a wooden pergola for shade during the middle hours of the day.

The perimeter railing was also replaced and recessed outdoor lighting was installed, leaving the space ready to enjoy from spring right through to late autumn.
