How we work

Five phases, one schedule, zero surprises

The same process for any project, from a bathroom renovation to a complete villa: fixed quote in writing, signed schedule from day one, and a single point of contact from start to finish.

01

Site visit and diagnosis

We see the property in person (or assess it remotely with photos and a video call if you can't be there), understand what you need and identify problems that aren't visible at first glance before quoting.

02

Fixed, itemised quote

You get an itemised breakdown, not a single lump sum. What you sign is what you pay: any unforeseen items are quoted separately and approved before being carried out.

03

Permits and planning

We handle the relevant responsible declaration or council permit and set the start and delivery dates in writing, before touching a single wall.

04

Execution with weekly reporting

Our own team on site, with no chain of subcontractors. Every week you receive progress photos by WhatsApp or email, wherever you are.

05

Handover, clean-up and written guarantee

We hand over the property clean, review every item with you and give you a written guarantee, in addition to whatever applies by law to each element.

What we tackle head-on

  • Fixed quote, in writing, with detailed line items.
  • Project schedule signed from day one.
  • In-house team: no chain of subcontractors passing the blame between themselves.
  • Public liability insurance in force on every project.
  • Weekly photo report for remote monitoring.
  • Written guarantee on handover, in addition to the legal one.

FAQ

Common questions about the process

Can the fixed quote increase halfway through the project?

Only if you request changes to what was quoted. What's signed doesn't change due to material or labour costs — we take on that risk.

What happens if something unexpected forces a change of plan?

Any unforeseen issue (a hidden fault, for example) is quoted separately and communicated to you before we act. Nothing is carried out or invoiced without your approval.

How do I know the project is progressing if I'm not in Spain?

You receive a weekly photo report by WhatsApp or email, with the option of a video call at key milestones in the signed schedule.

Do you subcontract any of the work?

No. Bricklaying, plumbing, electrics, air conditioning, joinery and painting are all handled by our own team, coordinated by a single point of contact. That's what stops different trades from blaming each other.

What does the public liability insurance cover?

It covers damage to third parties arising from the execution of the project. We provide the policy certificate before starting if you need it for your community or insurer.
