Façade refurbishment and community maintenance
We refurbish façades, communal areas and handle ITE inspections, and provide ongoing maintenance for properties owned by non-resident owners in Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa and the Vega Baja. We work directly with property management companies and owners' associations, with an itemised quote and a single point of contact for the whole community.

Typical timelines
An ITE inspection is completed in 2 to 4 weeks. Refurbishing the façade of an average-sized building takes between 4 and 8 weeks. Maintenance is contracted on an ongoing basis.

Who decides on refurbishment work in a community?
The owners' association, by agreement under the terms set out in the Horizontal Property Law. We help you prepare the quote for the vote.
What is the ITE and who needs it?
The Technical Building Inspection (ITE) is compulsory once a property reaches a certain age. We check this according to the municipality.
Can you invoice the community directly?
Yes, we work with the property management company and invoice according to the owners' association's agreement.
Do you offer maintenance if I don't live in Spain?
Yes, it's one of our most requested services: periodic checks and immediate notice of any issue.
Are there grants available for façade refurbishment?
There are grant schemes that change every year. We advise you on the ones available at the time of quoting.
How long is the guarantee on community works?
The same as on any other project: a written guarantee based on the work carried out.
