Yes, usually only access to that specific room is cut off during the work.

Yes, if you specify them when we prepare the quote. We can also work without them if you'd prefer to buy them separately.

We recommend renewing the plumbing and electrics if they're more than 15-20 years old, even if there's no visible problem.
