A Torrevieja company, not a passing one
Our base is on Calle Rafael Molina Lagartijo in Torrevieja, and that changes how the work gets done: we know the city's housing stock — 1970s-90s apartment blocks in the centre, townhouses and villas in the urbanisations —, we know which permit each job needs at the town hall, and we know what salt air does to materials two streets from the sea. We work with a fixed itemised quote (what you sign is what you pay) and a signed work schedule with the handover date in the contract. The first technical visit is free and without obligation.

Where we work
In Torrevieja and its urbanisations — from the centre to La Mata, Los Balcones, El Chaparral and Torreta Florida — and across Orihuela Costa: Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Villamartín and Punta Prima. Also Guardamar, Ciudad Quesada, Rojales and the rest of the Vega Baja. If your job needs council paperwork, we handle it: the declaración responsable or the building licence at Torrevieja town hall, or at Orihuela's municipal office on the N-332 in Playa Flamenca for the coastal urbanisations.

Is the quote really fixed?
Yes: a fixed itemised quote covering demolition, materials, labour and rubble disposal. What you sign is what you pay; any change is approved in writing before it is executed.
How long have you worked in Torrevieja?
Since 2014, with our own base on Calle Rafael Molina Lagartijo in Torrevieja. We're not a company from elsewhere: the office, the team and most of our projects are in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa.
Do you handle the building permit?
Yes. Renovations that don't touch structure or façade need only a declaración responsable (simplified notification-based permit); if the work adds volume or affects the façade, a full building licence with a technical project is required. Either way, we prepare and file the paperwork.
Do you work for owners who live abroad?

Does the technical visit cost anything?
No: the technical visit in Torrevieja and Orihuela Costa is free and without obligation. We inspect the property, take measurements and deliver a fixed, itemised quote.
